Removed O2's - discolored

Ok, i took out both of my O2's last night, and they were WHITE in color!! Also I took off the downpipe and the turbine was also white.
Ok, now my question is am I running lean???? My EGTS never go above 900C, A/F says full rich 100% of the time, PMS says i'm running rich and the J&S hardly every trips if at all.

I did a compression test last week and i got 180psi across the board (9:1cr)

What could the problem be? Any ideas?

Are you using a wideband a/f meter or just a standard one?
